ALL of the bells & whistles are included on the X-10 X-Treme Electric Scooter for kids. The X-10 features a variable speed throttle on the handle bars (twist type) unlike most other brands that have a foot throttle (1 speed) that is full speed, not variable speed which can be dangerous.
