ALL of the bells & whistles are included on the X-10 X-Treme Electric Scooter for kids. The X-10 features a variable speed throttle on the handle bars (twist type) unlike most other brands that have a foot throttle (1 speed) that is full speed, not variable speed which can be dangerous. The X-10 also features a real braking system with a hand lever brake unlike most others that simply have a foot brake that presses onto the top of the tire.
